Thomas joined McVay Real Estate in 2024 after working at Lendlease for almost 3 years.
At Lendlease, Thomas worked in Investment and Capital Markets, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions and Development Origination. Across these teams, Thomas worked on Capital Partnering for Development Projects, Divestment Processes for assets and underwriting new Development opportunities. During his time at Lendlease, Thomas worked on the acquisition of One Circular Quay ($3.1b end value), Queen Victoria Market ($1.7b end value) and the divestment of the Bulimba Cairncross site collection. Thomas graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
