Sam has over 20 years of experience in the property sector, both in Australia and internationally.
Sam McVay is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sydney-based McVay Real Estate (“MRE”). Since 2010 Sam has transacted in excess of $12 Billion dollars in Australian and New Zealand commercial real estate across Retail, Hospitality, Office and Alternative Sectors and has represented global clients including Blackstone, Blackrock, KKR, Lend Lease, Morgan Stanley, PAG and Westfield. Prior to Co Founding MRE, Sam worked at CBRE, Deutsche Bank (London) and Kimco Realty Corporation (New York / San Francisco) and holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from New York’s Columbia University.
