Sam is a prominent figure in the Australian real estate industry, serving as the Managing Director of McVay Real Estate (MRE), based in Sydney.
Since 2010 Sam has transacted in excess of $14 Billion dollars in Australian and New Zealand commercial real estate across Retail, Hospitality, Office and Alternative Sectors and has represented global clients including Blackstone, Blackrock, KKR, Lend Lease, Morgan Stanley, PAG and Westfield. Under Sam's leadership, MRE has handled numerous high-profile and complex deals, making it the premier agency in the commercial real estate sector in Asia Pacific. Prior to Co Founding MRE, Sam worked at CBRE, Deutsche Bank (London) and Kimco Realty Corporation (New York / San Francisco) and holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from New York’s Columbia University.
